Ray Stein
Advisor
A nationally recognized author and advisor, Ray is passionate about helping people enjoy their hard-earned wealth more fully.
As an advisor for New Light Financial, Ray works to help business owners, professionals and executives preserve, protect, and pass on their wealth. He is co-author of the book, “Smiling Through Retirement.”
Ray has been featured on NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX network affiliates and in Fortune, Money, Bloomberg Business, Kiplinger, Wall Street Select, Market Watch, Denver Business Journal, Denver Post, Yahoo Finance, and others. He served as the premier financial guest on KHOW 630AM’s daily show, The Troubleshooter with Tom Marino.
Ray attended the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and graduated with a degree in finance. A native of Colorado, he is an avid musician, skier and proud father. Ray enjoys spending time with his wife, Arisa, and their two children in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
Arisa Stein

Arisa Stein has a passion for helping others. For over 10 years now, she has grown and lead a team of more than 40 women to grow their small businesses.
Earlier in her career, she supported a large and fast-paced legal department where she gained the understanding of how to support clients through very difficult situations. This experience creates a natural fit as a liaison between our advisors and providing exceptional service to our clients.
In her free time, Arisa loves spending time with her husband and two children. She is a dedicated and loving parent who values the importance of family and relationships. She also loves to travel, hike, & cook.
R. Anton Stein

Anton Stein is a seasoned financial professional advising and serving financial clients for nearly 20 years.
His expertise was developed both as an insurance, mortgage, and securities licensed relationship banker, as well as an Investment Advisor Representative.
He assists in reviewing your financial situation, goals, and concerns with the objective of improving your financial position to better achieve your goals.
Crystal Early
Customer Service Representative
Crystal brings over 21 years of professional experience and a genuine care for the people she serves — making her a natural fit for the New Light Financial team.
Crystal’s background spans two decades in ophthalmology and optometry, where she developed expertise in patient care, surgical consulting, staff scheduling, and medical office operations. She has worked with practices across Colorado and Maine, including roles as a Surgical/Ophthalmic Assistant and Surgery Consultant, giving her a strong foundation in detail-oriented, client-centered service.
Her experience in fast-paced professional environments — combined with a warm, people-first approach — translates seamlessly into supporting clients through important financial decisions. Crystal is skilled at keeping things organized, moving, and personal all at once.
Outside of work, Crystal is a devoted mother who values family above all else. She enjoys being involved in her church community, where she currently serves as a Children’s Ministry Director Assistant, and loves making the most of time with her kids.

Sentra’s career is a testament to what dedication and heart can accomplish. Beginning as a Mary Kay Consultant, she rose to the prestigious level of Cadillac Sales Director — a title earned by leading and developing teams of women across decades of growth, mentorship, and results. Her journey gave her a deep understanding of what it takes to build something meaningful, and the importance of having the right support along the way.
Closer to home, Sentra is the proud owner of a yoga studio in the Denver Tech Center, where she continues to cultivate community and well-being for those around her. Whether in the boardroom or on the mat, she leads with intention and warmth.
Sentra’s passion for people doesn’t stop at work. She is devoted to her husband Alan, her two children, and her two grandchildren — the joy of her life. A true Coloradan at heart, she loves staying active and soaking up everything the beautiful state has to offer.
